Indirect Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Indirect Sales Operations Specialist to join us in our Cambridge office and play a key role in driving operational excellence across our indirect sales organization. Partnering with Sales Leadership, Sales, Partners, and Business Planning teams, you'll lead forecasting, business planning, governance, and strategic initiatives that enable smarter decision-making and sustainable business growth.

Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Drive the operational of the business by owning pipeline management, forecasting, executive reporting, and weekly business reviews, ensuring accurate insights and effective business execution.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve forecasting methodologies, business planning frameworks, and operational governance to enable consistent, data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the coordination and governance of partner territory planning, partnering across Sales, Business Planning, and leadership teams to align territory strategy, resource allocation, and go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor and analyse partner performance, delivering actionable insights and collaborating with partner teams to optimise engagement models, renewal processes, and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to Sales Leadership, translating strategic priorities into scalable processes, governance, and operational initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and execution excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in a related field
  • Direct experience of sales operations, sales execution, business analysis and leading change
  • Direct experience of managing CRM system is required with Finance systems being an advantage
  • Success in the role requires strong analytical capability, operational governance expertise, executive-level reporting skills and the ability to influence and coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • A team player with a positive “can do” attitude in possession of excellent interpersonal and communications skills, fluency in the English language is key
