As an Indirect Tax Analyst, you will take ownership of the integrity and accuracy of our VAT reporting, ensuring we meet our legal obligations while supporting the wider tax team. This is a proactive role that goes beyond simple reporting. We are looking for a collaborative Partner who possesses a solid understanding of VAT accounting and a natural drive for continuous improvement. If you enjoy consolidating processes, enhancing controls, and working within a supportive, purpose-led environment, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your tax career.

Salary: Up to £48,000

  • Strategic Advisory: Providing stakeholders with timely, value-added insight regarding new business initiatives, ensuring VAT requirements are known and understood.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seeking incremental improvements to our processes, systems, and policies based on feedback and industry best practice.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Working across the function to coordinate work, meet deadlines, and drive a culture of shared purpose and high service levels.
  • Relationship Management: Influencing and managing relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to enable the successful delivery of tax projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
