We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Individual Needs Assistant to support students with a range of additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and personally. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in young people's lives and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, this is a rewarding opportunity. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, assist in delivering inclusive learning, encourage positive behaviour, monitor student progress, and help create a safe, nurturing environment where every student can succeed.

Who We're Looking For

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support for students with additional needs
  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Supporting students with personal care, wellbeing, and independence where required
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting social inclusion throughout the school day
  • Monitoring progress and working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals
