- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM (Term-time only)

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this permanent position, applicants must fulfil the following criteria:
- Experience: Relevant Special Educational Needs (SEN) experience is required.
- Background: Proven experience working with children or young adults in either a paid or voluntary capacity.
- Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent) or a verified equivalent standard.
- Eligibility: A valid right to work in the UK is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the class teacher in the planning and delivery of engaging, interactive, and inclusive lessons.
- Providing targeted support to neurodiverse learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole-class basis.
- Encouraging self-reliance, emotional regulation, and social development among high-needs pupils.
- Utilising specialised on-site resources to manage complex learning profiles effectively.
