Individual Needs Assistant (Part-Time, Term-Time Only)
Hours of Work: 30 hours and 25 minutes per week 30.42 hours per week (pro rata) Working pattern: Part-time, term-time only
- 39 weeks of work per year
- Plus 6.05 weeks of annual leave (increases to more than 5 weeks after 5 years’ continuous service)
- Fixed-term contract dependent on pupil enrolment.

Job Summary
The school is seeking an Individual Needs Assistant (I (Industry term, not replaced) NA Assistant) for the following hours:
- Hours: 30 hours and 25 minutes per week (8.45am to 3.20pm, 5 days a week, including 30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
This is a fixed-term position dependent on enrolement for continued engagement.

Responsibilities and Expectations
We are looking for a trusted and skilled professional to be part of our team. Key qualifications and skills include:
- Experience in:
- Supporting children across the primary age ranges
- Working with children who have additional needs
- Willingness and ability to:
- Undertake relevant training and Medicaid responsibilities
- Maintain a calm, caring, and resilient character
- Establish and sustain positive relationships with each child
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
- Generate flexibility and creativity as needed
- Verify compliance with disqualification requirements under the Childcare Disqualification Regulations 2018
