Industrial Engineer - - - - - - - - - - - - Job Opportunity: Industrial Engineer (Logistics) We’re looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our logistics team and help us work smarter, faster, and more sustainably. In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving operational performance by applying LEAN and DMAIC methodologies, strengthening Industrial Engineering fundamentals, and supporting teams through change. What You’ll Do Partner with logistics teams to continuously improve efficiency and productivity. Use LEAN and DMAIC tools to spot improvement opportunities and lead practical solutions. Challenge existing ways of working and support the implementation of improvement initiatives. Empower operational teams by building their capability to manage continuous improvement independently. Define, implement, and maintain standards, performance tracking, and control processes. Share best practices and collaborate with the wider improvement network to drive future initiatives. What Success Looks Like Measurable performance improvements delivered through effective use of DMAIC post-study methodologies. Sustainable application of Industrial Engineering basics, including unit times and performance monitoring. Active use and promotion of Michelin Way tools across operations. Clear standards supported by strong monitoring and control mechanisms. Operational teams confidently taking ownership of improvement actions. Best practices captured, shared, and reused across the organization. Why Michelin? A solid foundation in Industrial Engineering principles. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to visualize and clearly present data. A collaborative mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills. If you enjoy working closely with teams, turning data into action, and driving meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you.
