Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer at Ironis, you will optimize production processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure that all fabrication operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with designers, supervisors, and fabricators to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve output without compromising craftsmanship. This role requires strong analytical skills, process improvement expertise, and a deep understanding of manufacturing systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, time studies, and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and lean manufacturing principles.
