Job Title: Industrial Factory Cleaner
Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Industrial Factory Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Pinnacle Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester ST14.

Your Role
Your role will involve cleaning a manufacturing site, including:
- Industrial equipment
- Floors
- Work areas
- Handling specialized cleaning tasks
You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Shift Details
This is a Full-Time Permanent Day Shift working 6am – 6pm on a 4 on / 4 off rolling rota, which will include weekends – so own transport is essential.

Who We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning of Paint booths / Welding / Shot blast area and will involve: jet washing, confined space cleaning, and other specialist cleaning.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment and materials, including Dry Ice Blaster, in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
- Operate shot blasting machines to clean and prepare surfaces of metal, iron, steel, non-cast parts, and other materials.
- Waste management– collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas.
Skills & Key Requirements
- Flexibility is a must as weekend work is on the rota.
- Good physical health is essential due to the nature of the tasks – bending, climbing, and heavy lifting are involved in some tasks.
- Must speak/write and understand basic English due to signing sheets and reporting issues.
- Good attention to detail.
- Own Transport is essential.
