Industrial Factory Cleaner – Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) | Uttoxeter, ST14
About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Factory Cleaner to uphold stringent cleanliness standards in our manufacturing facilities. Located in Uttoxeter (ST14), this role is part of our Workplace Cleaning Team, maintaining hygiene and safety in high-activity industrial environments.
As a lead provider of facilities management solutions, Pinnacle Group supports clients across manufacturing, retail, education, and corporate sectors, with over 600 colleagues nationwide. This role requires dedication to meticulous cleaning, adherence to health & safety protocols, and the ability to operate heavy-duty equipment.
Full-time hours (37.5 hrs/week), Monday to Friday, between 7am–3pm or 8am–4pm. Overtime and Sunday shifts are available at enhanced rates.
Core Responsibilities
Your role will involve:
- Daily factory cleaning – sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors (carpets and hard surfaces), including scrubber dryers, sweepers, and buffers.
- Surface disinfection – dusting, wiping, sanitising desks, chairs, windowsills, skirting boards, and office furniture.
- Commensal area maintenance – cleaning corridors, stairwells, and communal spaces.
- Sanitation – toilet cleaning, handbasin sanitisation, replenishing toiletries (paper, soap, towels).
- Waste management – collection, transport, and secure storage of waste from internal/external areas.

- Have industrial cleaning experience and a commitment to high hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and initiative.
- Be physically capable of handling equipment and heavy cleaning tasks.
- Registry with COSHH and H&S regulations.
- Adhere to working schedules and show enthusiasm for cleanliness excellence.
