Industrialisation Test Engineer – High Voltage | East London
My client is seeking an experienced Industrialisation Test Engineer with strong high voltage product and production test experience to support the development and launch of high-reliability products within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, install, and commission high voltage test systems (hardware & software)
- Integrate and validate automated test solutions for production
- Create test specifications, instructions, verification plans, and technical documentation
- Support manufacturing with fault finding, test failure analysis, and hands-on debugging
- Work closely with R&D, Quality, Production, and Engineering teams
- Train manufacturing teams on new test processes and equipment

Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline
- Strong understanding of high voltage systems and safety protocols
- Proven experience developing HV production test equipment
- Experience with automated test systems and production test environments
- Knowledge of NI LabVIEW and TestStand is highly desirable
- Experience in industrialisation, manufacturing engineering, Lean, Kaizen, or 5S would be beneficial

Fully onsite – 5 days per week
