Role Purpose:

Accountable UK Insurance Growth Owner

Own the UK Insurance industry number: revenue growth, new logo acquisition, qualified pipeline coverage, account expansion and market penetration across the agreed target-account base.

The Industry Growth Lead – Insurance is accountable for driving predictable, scalable growth across the UK insurance market. Acting as the commercial leader of the Insurance industry pod, this role will orchestrate Customer Success Managers, the Industry CTO/technical expert, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Delivery and portfolio SMEs to identify demand triggers, shape differentiated propositions, qualify and close viable opportunities, and ensure clean sales to delivery handover.

The successful candidate will bring strong insurance market credibility, C-suite relationship capability, consultative managed services selling experience and the ability to translate industry challenges including regulation, cyber resilience, cloud modernisation, secure digital workplace, operational resilience, AI adoption and automation into compelling growth opportunities for Getronics.

What to expect:

Commercial Growth & Insurance Strategy

  • Own the UK Insurance growth plan, target account strategy, segmentation and pipeline coverage model.
  • Define and maintain a prioritised insurance ICP and target account list, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise insurance organisations.
  • Drive expansion within existing customers and secure large new logo opportunities, including multi-year managed services opportunities and strategic transformation led deals.
  • Translate insurance market triggers into repeatable go to market plays, account based marketing motions and executive level propositions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
