Industry Process Expert
We are seeking an Industry Process Expert to work directly with mining companies, consultants, and partners to understand their biggest challenges and deliver trusted, operation-ready solutions!

You will be responsible for driving strategic growth within the “Infrastructure, Energy & Materials” Industry (IE&M), with a strong focus on mining and position GEOVIA modelling solutions, as enablers of innovation, process optimization, and product excellence for our clients. Your main focus will be providing technical expertise to the wider sales team as well as collaborating with selected partners to support scalable adoption, ensuring a cohesive and aligned go-to-market approach.
Role and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate our game-changing software, conduct workshops, and showcase how GEOVIA transforms mine planning, sustainability, and profitability
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior technical and executive stakeholders, translating complex planning requirements into clear business value.
- Work directly with mining companies, consultants, and partners to map, understand and re-engineer their business processes to deliver improved workflows and outcomes.
- Join a dedicated interdisciplinary dream team across GEOVIA and Dassault Systèmes, leveraging our multi-industry software portfolio to push boundaries, collaborate with internal teams (industry experts, solution consultants, pre-sales, marketing) to deliver customised, high-impact engagements
- Engage selectively with partners when their involvement supports broader customer success or accelerates adoption, ensuring clear coordination and consistent messaging
- Shape go-to-market strategies, refine R&D requirements, and create powerful demos, training, and marketing materials that drive industry best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering or Geosciences or Natural Sciences; or a Masters in Engineering, Natural Science, Geology, Geography, Geophysics, Mining or related field
- Direct experience of mining engineering and complex software solution consulting
- Practical expertise in engineering and complex software solutions preferably within mining, or quarry sites, potentially with some consulting/customer engagement activities pertaining to mining
- Fluency in English at a professional level is mandatory for leading discussions and delivering is essential.
- Agile and comfortable working in a culturally diverse and matrix organization is required.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate with passion is a key imperative skill.
