Industry Research Associate

Health & Wellness Event

Location: Fully Remote
Employment: 2 Month Contract, Part-Time
Hours: 20-30 hours/week
Start: Immediate

About the Role

We are developing an exciting new premium event focused on health, wellness, longevity, and healthy living.

We are looking for an Industry Research Associate to help us conduct research interviews with professionals, founders, practitioners, and leaders across the health and wellness space. This is not a sales role. This role is about having thoughtful conversations, asking strong questions, uncovering meaningful insights, and helping shape an event the industry genuinely wants to attend.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct one-on-one research interviews by phone and Zoom.
  • Speak with professionals across the health and wellness industry.
  • Identify key trends, priorities, and content ideas.
  • Help uncover potential speakers, partners, and advisory board members.
  • Summarize interview insights into clear notes and recommendations.
  • Support the early development of a major new health and wellness event.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
