The Role We're moving away from the traditional, "hands-off" sales model. We have found that our greatest successes come when the person leading the conversation is the one who truly understands the solution.

We are looking for a Solutions-Led Industry Sector Lead to take full ownership of a specific market vertical (e.g., Retail, Media, Technology). This role is designed for a Solutions Engineer or Architect who is ready to step out from behind the demo and take the lead on the entire industry strategy, territory growth, and commercial outcome. You won't just be supporting a deal; you will be the primary architect of Trigg’s growth in your sector.

You will be reporting to the CCO of the business. You will be pivotal in our next growth phase, be able to build, manage and grow relationships with customers and partners alike so you must be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, be open, transparent and relentless in delivering value.

Responsibilities Industry Strategy & Execution: Act as the "CEO" of your assigned industry, developing a go-to-market plan that leverages your technical expertise to solve specific sector challenges aligned to that industry point of view Consultative Value Engineering: Lead the engagement from initial discovery through to business value assessments and ROI analysis, ensuring the solution is rooted in technical reality and is scoped, sized and estimated with commercial value for Trigg Commercial Ownership: Consistently generate and close new business at or above quota level by being the most knowledgeable person in the room. Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture deep relationships with the Salesforce ecosystem, acting as a technical peer to their industry teams. Growth & Account Planning: Establish a regular cadence with existing customers to understand their evolving technical needs and architect cross-sell/upsell opportunities. Thought Leadership: Work with marketing to drive account-based lead generation, using your solution expertise to lead webinars, events, and partner communications.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
