The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team in a pivotal role that supports the transition to our Clients & Industries operating model, extending from Global to Regions. This position will shape and lead strategy across one of six Global Industries.
As part of the Clients & Industries global team, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Regions, leveraging their insights and expertise to drive impactful transformation. Together, we will ensure alignment with strategic objectives and elevate our service delivery to clients.

This role is as the Industry Strategy & Execution Lead, tasked with:
- Conveying industry vision, growth, and transformation while coordinating across the Regions and Service Lines.
- Driving joint prioritization, capital allocation, and development of our Premier and Strategic Account portfolio.
- Reporting to the Global Industry & Accounts Growth Leader.
- This is a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Collaboration
- Serve as the "glue" fostering closer connectivity across the Industry, resolving challenges, and forming strategies to drive sustainable growth and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Align cross-functional efforts with Global and Regional leadership and lead stakeholder engagement with BMC (Business Markets Center) and Sector GTM (Go-To-Market) teams.

Growth of Strategic & Premier Accounts
- Oversee all large, strategically significant opportunities to accelerate exponential growth within the Industry.
- Collaborate with the Global Industry Leader (GIL), Sector Representatives (SRs), and Service Line Industry Leaders (SL ILs) to prioritize and direct capital allocation against defined strategies.

Execution & Vision
- Define and refine the vision and ambition for the Industry in partnership with the GIL, Sector Leaders, and Regional Leaders.
- Manage macro-trends across sectors and orchestrate strategic planning to drive growth, prioritize resources, and pilot solutions, accounts, and capital.

Firm-Wide Investments
- Advocate for a client-centric approach, ensuring all parts of the firm align on demand and agreed priorities.
- Monitor ROI alignment with investments, resolving challenges, and pursuing strategies to address shortfalls and sustain growth rollercoaster.

Governance & Accountability
- Co-lead the Industry Board with the GIL to ensure disciplined and impactful board management.
- Represent the Industry on the Editoral Board to unify sector insights and alignment.
Skills & Attributes for Success
Ideally, you will demonstrate the ability to:
- Navigate high levels of stakeholder complexity, ambiguity, conflict, and abstract concepts.
- Identify innovative solutions by critically analysing issues and exposing underlying pain points.
- Develop, oversee, and execute project plans with tact and diplomacy.
- Drive end-to-end programs from conception to completion.
- Effectively transition between abstract strategic discussions and operational details.
- Build trusted relationships and effectively collaborate across matrix structures.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (required).
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience, including a track record within EY or another Global Professional Services firm.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours due to varying time zones and client needs.

Compensation & Benefits (US)
Base salary ranges provided for compliance purposes; other geographies follow local guidelines (not necessarily proportional).
- Base Salary Range:
- General US Locations: $190,000–$376,200 annually.
- New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento): $228,000–$427,500 annually.
- Determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, geography, and performance.
