About the Role
At The Little Gym, we believe children thrive when learning, movement, and play converge. Our premier enrichment and physical development center serves children ages 4 months to 12 years with gymnastics, dance, parent/child classes, sports prep, and special events. As an instructor, you’ll join a supportive franchise family dedicated to shaping confident kids through movement-based fun.
Responsibilities
- Inspire confident, happy kids by making education and play seriously fun.
- Teach engaging classes using our proven curriculum and teaching methods (training provided).
- Deliver outstanding customer service and nurture strong member-franchise relationships.
- Commit to at least 2 shifts per week:
- Weekday mornings (8:30–12:00 PT)
- Weekday afternoons/evenings (4:00–7:30 PT)
- 1 weekend day (flexible scheduling)
