Inflight Service Representative - Based in Barcelona (LEBL) or Oxford (EGTK)

Purpose of Position

Provide an optimum level of comfort and service to passengers and form the link between passengers and the flight crew while on board—guaranteeing personalised customer service with superior quality standards and professionalism from boarding to disembarking.


Key Responsibilities

  • Offer passengers exceptional comfort and service through efficient, courteous assistance
  • Function as a bridge between passengers and flight crew, as directed by the Commander
  • Inspect onboard catering and non-safety equipment, reporting deficiencies immediately to the Commander for timely resolution
  • Report any safety-threatening situations or conditions that may affect the flight
  • Maintain thorough cabin cleaning and re-stocking between flights to ensure the aircraft is fully prepared for subsequent departures

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)

Certifications & Licenses

  • Preferred candidates hold:
    • Cabin Crew Medical Licence
    • Cabin Crew Attestation
    • SEP (Safety Equipment and Procedures) Training

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in entry-level roles
  • Clients with experience between 3–5 years as an Inflight Service Representative (IFS) or similar position:
    • In private aviation or with premium first-class airline experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other (KSAOs)

  • Technical:
    • Up-to-date knowledge of aviation practices, legislation, and onboard standards
  • Languages:
    • Fluency in English (mandatory)
    • Additional languages preferred (e.g., Russian, German, Spanish, French,Italian)
  • Practical:
    • Handling high-pressure situations with composure and solution-oriented approaches
  • Travel & Worldwide Presence:
    • Valid EU passport (restriction-free)
  • Additional Certifications:
    • Experience with SEP (Safety Equipment and Procedures) Training is strongly advocated
