Role Description

The Influencer Account Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London, responsible for leading key influencer marketing accounts and ensuring high-quality campaign delivery. This role oversees client relationships from briefing to post-campaign analysis, translating brand objectives into effective influencer strategies and content plans. The Account Director coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines and budgets, and ensures campaigns are executed on schedule and to agreed performance targets. Day-to-day, the role includes guiding influencer selection, supervising contract negotiations, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing clear reports and recommendations for clients. The position also involves mentoring team members, contributing to new business pitches, and helping refine HelloFranses!’s influencer methodologies and best practices.

  • Strong account management skills, including building relationships, understanding client objectives, and delivering strategic counsel.
  • Proven team management and team leadership experience, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated sales and business development capabilities, including supporting pitches, upselling services, and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Solid project management skills, with experience overseeing complex, multi-channel campaigns, managing budgets, and meeting deadlines.
  • Professional background in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing, preferably within an agency or consultancy environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with creators, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using campaign performance data and social metrics to drive insights and optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
