Influencer Account Manager

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support the Account Director in campaign planning and client management of a variety of influencer campaigns. To lead larger more complex solutions and drive the team to deliver innovative, ambitious, integrated and ‘on-brief’ campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Works with Account Director to challenge client briefs, ensuring creative solutions & KPIs are achievable
  • Collaborates with the Account Director on larger accounts to implement campaigns from conception to completion
  • Responsible for end to end running of smaller campaigns and client management
  • Liaises with third parties and builds trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Project manages the Account Executives to deliver excellent execution of full campaigns
  • Acts as a key contact for influencers at all stages of negotiations of a new project
  • Delivers key creative thinking across all projects
  • Acts as the ‘gatekeeper’ for quality control and the first port of call on day to day queries and questions and plan progress
  • Work with Account Director on contract negotiation, liaising with legal & finance teams where needed
  • Coordinates invoicing and payment process as per contract and terms agreed
  • Delivers presentations to clients where necessary

What You Bring

  • 3 years+ influencer/media experience
  • Campaign experience
  • Project management experience
  • Commercial understanding and awareness
  • Awareness of latest market trends
  • Some experience of training & mentoring others
  • Experience of working with and managing clients
  • Managing creative content
  • RFP processes
  • Understand fee structures and commercial terms
  • Proficient at analysing data and creating reports
  • B2B experience is preferable
