The Creators team goal is to make Amazon the Earth's most desired destination for commerce influencers and their content. We are a team of innovators that tackle difficult problems, and are laser-focused on building and enhancing products and experiences that drive growth for Creators. We seek to strengthen creators' sense of community, fandom, credibility, and provide positive feedback loops.
The Creators Business Development team collaborates with strategic customers to build new, industry-specific partnership opportunities that directly impact and transform the way our Creators can partner, create, and earn at scale. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about the influencer space, have strong ownership, think big, and ability to drive data driven insights. In this role, you will work directly with creators while helping to optimize processes to support their success—helping them reach new audiences, create content that resonates with shoppers, and earn through Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
- Identify and engage with high potential affiliate ready influencers to drive their participation in the Amazon Influencer Program.
- Develop and execute influencer partnership strategies to leverage their reach and influence in inspiring customers during their purchase journey and promoting the creation of commerce content.
- Define and implement incentive plans and engagement initiatives for influencer partners, ensuring growth is achieved within established financial guardrails and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize the visibility of influencer content across Amazon marketing channels, maximizing return on investment and inspiring customers.
- Utilize an analytical approach to prioritize opportunities, assess business impact, and regularly report progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Lead projects aimed at advancing best practice sharing, process refinement, and generating innovative ideas for influencer marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Amazon internal teams to provide support for strategic Amazon businesses and growth initiatives related to influencer marketing.
- Support with Creator questions and program challenges, using AI to drive process optimization.

A day in the life
- Support with recruitment pipeline generation and tracking; helping to identify high potential influencers to scale the program.
- Pull performance analytics and lead the WBR, MBR data inputs for the managed influencer program, integrating AI to optimize performance analysis.
- Organize and define education and engagement mechanisms to drive influencer adoption and growth.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- At least a couple of years of industry (non internship level) relevant experience
- Experience in exceeding quota and key performance metrics
- Experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
- Experience in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and record of success in an outbound account management or prospecting role in B2B environments, preferably in a solution/technology-related environment
- Experience using Salesforce.com at an advanced level including the development of dashboards and reports, programming experience
- Experience using Excel at an advanced level including practical knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced Excel functions
- Bi-lingual in any EU5 country
