Job Description:

Dentsu Creative Overview

Dentsu Creative is a global creative agency network built to unlock exponential growth for clients through Transformative Creativity — a unifying force that drives innovation across people, businesses, and society. Launched in June 2022, it operates in over 145 countries and is fully integrated with dentsu’s Media and CXM capabilities to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions worldwide. Guided by the philosophy of “Building Brands for What’s Next,” Dentsu Creative empowers brands to navigate current challenges and prepare for future opportunities, crafting resilient, forward-thinking strategies that thrive in an ever-evolving world.

Purpose of the Role

This role leads dentsu’s relationship and delivery for Pernod Ricard’s influencer and cultural communications programme in the UK and US. You’ll sit at the centre of the partnership—responsible for commercial health, strategic direction, and ensuring the work lands effectively across markets.

The programme spans creator strategy, activation, content, paid amplification and measurement, with a strong emphasis on governance, compliance and cultural impact.

What You’ll Do

Client leadership & partnership

  • Own the senior client relationship across Pernod Ricard global and key markets (UK/US)
  • Act as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor
  • Translate business ambition into clear, actionable programme direction
  • Lead reviews, steer conversations, and keep momentum across stakeholders

Programme & delivery oversight

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of the influencer programme across strategy, activation and reporting
  • Ensure work is integrated from brief through to amplification (organic + paid)
  • Maintain alignment across markets, partners and internal teams
  • Drive consistency in how the programme shows up, while allowing for local relevance

Commercial ownership

  • Own the overall financial health of the account
  • Manage scopes, change requests and commercial agreements
  • Ensure delivery is efficient, scalable and aligned to agreed outputs
  • Partner closely with operations to balance quality vs margin

Strategy & quality control

  • Ensure the programme delivers against its core objective: influencing behaviour and cultural norms, not just visibility
  • Challenge briefs, elevate thinking and push for better work
  • Maintain a clear line of sight between strategy, creators, content and outcomes
  • Sign off key outputs and ensure a consistent point of view across markets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
