Influencer Campaign Manager — Fully Remote (UK) — £35,000–£40,000 + Commission
Are you an influencer marketing pro who thrives on pace and getting things done? We're partnering with a rapidly scaling influencer marketing agency that runs creator-led campaigns for global household names across beauty, tech, mobile apps and entertainment. They're entering an exciting new phase of growth and need a Campaign Manager who can hit the ground running and deliver brilliant campaigns end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Run influencer campaigns from start to finish — creator sourcing, outreach, briefing, content review and final delivery
- Manage a high volume of micro-influencer relationships (15+ creators at any one time), keeping conversations moving and content on track
- Use influencer discovery tools to identify the right creators for each brief
- Keep dashboards, trackers and stakeholders fully up to date so nothing slips through the cracks
- Spot delivery risks early and come to the table with solutions, not just problems
- Support campaign reporting and client updates alongside the account team

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering influencer marketing campaigns
- Experience driving commerce outcomes through creators (e.g. campaigns pushing sales to Amazon or similar)
- Confident sourcing and managing micro-influencers at volume, including gifting and seeding activity
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail — comfortable with project management systems and structured workflows
- A natural problem solver who's worked at pace in agency or fast-moving environments

- Calm under pressure and energised (not flustered) when things need fixing quickly
- A clear, warm communicator with creators and clients alike
- Hungry to learn, grow and progress
Salary & Benefits
- £35,000–£40,000 base salary
- Performance-based commissions — rewarding organisation, client satisfaction and campaign margin
