Job Title: Influencer & Community Marketing Executive - Trade & DIY Sector
Location: Birmingham (Remote with travel)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus
Hours: 8am-5pm (Flexible, but need to join a daily huddle daily at 8.15am)
Holidays: 24 days + statutory (4 days to be used during Christmas shutdown)

What's the role about?
This is a people-first, relationship-driven role where you'll become the face of the brand across the influencer and trade community. You'll:
- Build and grow a network of influencers, tradespeople and DIY creators
- Create and deliver engaging content alongside influencers and customers
- Represent the brand at trade events, on-site visits and networking opportunities
- Support sales activity by strengthening relationships with customers and partners
- Drive community engagement across social platforms and campaigns
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors
- Manage influencer gifting, campaigns, and ongoing engagement
- Create and collaborate on high-performing social media content
- Visit sites, workshops, and merchant branches to capture authentic product use
- Organise influencer events, brand experiences, and trade show activity
- Grow online communities and encourage user-generated content and advocacy
- Track performance metrics including engagement, views, and influencer activity

Requirements
About You
You're someone who:
- Is naturally outgoing, confident, and thrives on building relationships
- Has experience working with influencers, communities, or brand advocates
- Understands (or has a genuine interest in) the trade, construction, or DIY sector
- Is hands-on with content creation and social media platforms
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Enjoys getting out into the field—meeting people, filming content, and representing a brand
- Thinks commercially and understands how marketing supports sales growth
