JOB TITLE: Influencer & Community Marketing Executive

LOCATION: London (hybrid – 2 days from our Brixton office)
SALARY RANGE: £32,000 - £34,000

About You
We're looking for a creative, organised, and relationship-driven Influencer & Community Marketing Executive to help grow our brand through impactful creator partnerships and engaged online communities. You'll play a key role in planning and executing influencer campaigns, managing creator relationships, and fostering an active and engaged community across our social channels. Working closely with internal teams, external suppliers, agencies, and creators, you'll help bring our brand to life through authentic content and meaningful conversations.
The Role
- Plan, execute, and optimise influencer marketing campaigns across key platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Reddit and YouTube.
- Research, identify, vet, and reach out to influencers and creators who align with our brand values, audience, and campaign objectives.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators, agents, and talent managers to drive authentic brand partnerships.
- Prepare clear campaign briefs to ensure influencers understand the messaging, creative requirements, deliverables, timelines, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate contracts, campaign logistics, and communications with influencers and their representatives.
- Manage campaign timelines and ensure all content is delivered on schedule and to the required standard.
- Maintain an up-to-date influencer database that tracks creator profiles, contact information, performance, and partnership history.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure brand compliance and consistency.
- Analyse campaign performance, including content engagement, reach, conversions, and other KPIs, identifying key learnings to improve future campaigns.

Community:
- Manage and post engaging content within our dedicated Facebook Community Group, Reddit, and Instagram Broadcast Channel.
- Engage with our online communities across key social platforms, responding to conversations in a timely and authentic manner.
- Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and develop initiatives that amplify customer advocacy and participation.
- Monitor community sentiment, identify emerging trends, and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Support the development and maintenance of community guidelines, response frameworks, and escalation processes.
- Foster positive relationships with our audience to strengthen brand loyalty and advocacy.

Collaboration & Ad-Hoc Support:
- Collaborate closely with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels and campaigns.
- Provide ad hoc assistance to the Social Media Lead, including scheduling and posting on brand channels as needed.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Are passionate about influencer marketing, social media, and digital brand building.
- Have experience working with influencers, creators, agencies, or talent management.
- Have a strong understanding of the influencer landscape and major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube.
- Enjoy building genuine relationships with creators and industry partners.
- Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Communicate confidently and proactively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Have excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Are comfortable analysing campaign performance and turning data into actionable insights.
- Are adaptable, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Hands-on experience with filming, video editing, or basic content creation is a major plus!
- You are an Orlando theme park fan.
