Build relationships. Spot talent. Drive commercial growth. 📈

You might already know Wellgard as the Viral Health Brand on TikTok Shop. 🏆

Every day, thousands of creators recommend Wellgard products to millions of people across TikTok, making creator marketing one of the biggest drivers of our growth.

But we’re only just getting started.

As we continue to grow, we’re investing heavily in our Creator Management team. This isn’t a traditional influencer marketing role — it’s a commercial role at its core.

Every creator partnership has the potential to generate thousands of pounds in sales. Your job is to identify those opportunities, build genuine relationships and help creators become long-term partners who grow alongside our brand.

About Wellgard

Wellgard is one of the UK’s fastest-growing health and wellness brands, and our Creator Management team is a crucial part of our business.

They’re the team discovering new talent, negotiating partnerships, spotting opportunities before anyone else and helping creators build thriving businesses while driving significant commercial growth for Wellgard.

What you'll be doing ✍🏼

This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be responsible for growing our portfolio of creators, identifying new opportunities and driving revenue through long-term creator partnerships.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Recruiting and onboarding high-potential TikTok creators.
  • Building genuine, long-term relationships through calls, messages and social media.
  • Negotiating commission structures, incentives and commercial partnerships.
  • Managing your own portfolio of creators and helping them maximise their sales.
  • Spotting emerging trends and creator opportunities, then acting on them before competitors do.
  • Analysing creator performance, GMV and ROI to optimise results.
  • Taking ownership of ambitious commercial targets and contributing directly to company growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
