About The Goat Agency

Goat is part of WPP Media, the world’s leading media investment company. Since 2015, we have been pioneering influencer marketing, helping global brands harness the power of social and creator-led content to deliver measurable impact. Today, we are recognised as the global leader in the space, delivering award-winning campaigns in more than 70 countries.

With over 650+ social natives worldwide, we create ambitious influencer programmes from tactical activations to long-term partnerships, designed to drive awareness, engagement and conversions through the full marketing funnel.

About the Opportunity

The Influencer Director (Goat), Europe, serves as a critical strategic and operational partner to the Head of EMEA, serving as a key strategic and operational enabler in overseeing and developing the European market. This role is instrumental in supporting the execution of regional strategy, driving key projects, and ensuring local market leads are equipped for success. You will contribute significantly to maintaining operational excellence, fostering strong relationships, and enabling the successful delivery of results across Goat’s European presence. While an individual contributor role, it requires a high degree of autonomy in project management and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support & Operational Enablement

  • Act as the primary support to Goat EMEA leadership in translating regional objectives into actionable plans and ensuring their successful execution.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of regional strategies, processes, and best practices to drive market growth and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and analyses for Goat EMEA leadership, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent Goat EMEA leadership in internal meetings and discussions as required, providing updates and ensuring alignment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
