This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for someone who understands culture, thrives on building meaningful creator partnerships, and is excited by the impact influencer marketing can have on brands and communities. You'll lead and evolve our influencer offering, bringing together strategy, creativity and commercial thinking to deliver work that resonates with audiences and drives measurable results. Working alongside talented teams across the agency, you'll play a key role in defining how brands show up through creators in authentic, innovative and impactful ways.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop platform-specific creator strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging channels.
  • Build and grow a diverse network of creators, talent representatives and industry partners to support exceptional campaign delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end influencer programmes, ensuring quality execution across planning, contracting, content delivery and performance measurement.
  • Partner with strategy, creative, community and paid teams to create fully integrated campaigns that deliver cultural relevance and commercial impact.
  • Champion innovation by identifying emerging creator trends, new formats and opportunities to enhance how influencer marketing is delivered.
  • Lead, coach and develop the influencer team while contributing to agency growth through pitches, proposals and new business opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
