Influencer Lead

Shape the future of AI-powered influencer marketing
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £75,000+ DOE + Equity + Benefits

About Us

We're building the future of influencer marketing.

By combining AI with deep influencer marketing expertise, we help consumer brands scale their creator and affiliate programmes more intelligently. Our technology automates the repetitive parts of campaign management, allowing our team to focus on strategy, creativity and building meaningful relationships.

We're already partnering with a portfolio of high-growth consumer brands and are expanding rapidly.

This isn't a traditional agency.

It's an opportunity to join an ambitious early-stage business, influence how it grows, and help define how AI and influencer marketing work together in the years ahead.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing professional to lead global creator campaigns while helping shape the future of our business.

You'll own client strategy, build exceptional creator partnerships, and work alongside AI-powered tools to deliver campaigns smarter, faster and more effectively.

As one of our early hires, you'll have the freedom to make decisions, influence the way we work, and play a key role in building the next generation of influencer marketing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
