About the Role
We’re looking for an Influencer Manager to support the team in delivering our influencer marketing strategy. You’ll have experience in running best-in-class campaigns that engage audiences, drive measurable results, and align with broader business goals—ensuring strong ROI and unlocking new commercial opportunities.
The Job 💻
- Develop and execute influencer strategies that align with our brand vision and KPIs as well as seamlessly align with and support our brand marketing efforts.
- Oversee outreach to influencer partners including sourcing, contracts, deliverables, and overall program management.
- Analyse historical and current performance data to optimise our influencer program strategy.
- Partner with the cross-functional digital and media teams to recommend distribution and amplification strategies that support larger product and business priorities.
- Engage on influencer content, briefing, and content approval.

Whilst we appreciate, you’re not just your CV and skills are transferable, these are some of the skills and experiences we think would set you up for success in this role:
- Attention to detail, especially when managing multiple influencer campaigns and deliverables
- Creative and solutions-focused, with the ability to think outside the box to overcome campaign challenges
- Confident in using data to measure performance, report on KPIs, and optimise future influencer strategies
- A strong collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Skilled at building and maintaining great relationships—with influencers, clients, and colleagues alike
- Clear and confident communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, positive, and always ready to go the extra mile to deliver standout results
