The Opportunity

Do you live and breathe influencers? Want to develop award-winning partnerships and campaigns for some of the most recognised household brands in the UK?
We're looking for an influencer manager to join our growing social team, working on major UK brands!

About Cirkle

We’re a multi-award-winning consumer and B2B comms agency representing some of Britain’s best loved brands and businesses.

Quite simply, it’s our people that drive our agency and creating a culture which genuinely puts them at the heart of our operation and vision is what makes them feel counted. We are a B Corp and Blueprinted agency, and we take our commitment to using our business as a force for good seriously. We don’t tick boxes, we build and evolve initiatives, programmes and partnerships which create meaning, both for the people in our business, as well as the communities and stakeholders we serve.

We are proud to be included in the 2024 Campaign Best Places to Work list and were shortlisted for the 2024 PR Week Best Places to Work.

The Role

One day you could be developing partnerships with the latest Gen Z TikTok creators, the next, you will be brokering relationships with painter and decorator tradies for Instagram.

Having an audience first approach and using influencer relationships to put our brands at the heart of conversations on social is key. Understanding the connection our clients’ brands have to audiences – from nostalgia to shaping culture – you will help us land killer influencer content which gets our clients excited and moves from platform to group chat.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
