Role Description
The Influencer Marketing Account Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for managing influencer marketing campaigns from briefing through to reporting, including identifying suitable influencers, negotiating collaborations, and overseeing content delivery. The Account Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, act as a key point of contact, and ensure campaigns align with brand strategy and objectives.

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Coordinating project timelines
- Managing budgets

- Monitoring performance metrics
- Optimizing campaigns based on data and feedback
The role also involves collaborating with internal teams such as PR, social media, and creative, as well as supporting new business opportunities and contributing to agency growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Account Management skills, including relationship building, client servicing, and campaign ownership.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills, including identifying opportunities, pitching services, and supporting new business development.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, organizing, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines across multiple campaigns.
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital advertising, ideally within a luxury or lifestyle sector, is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and prepare clear reports and recommendations.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is advantageous.
