As an influencer-driven brand, we’re hiring a passionate Influencer Marketing Associate to amplify our presence through high-impact partnerships and precision-driven campaigns. You’ll help grow our brand, reach new audiences, and ensure our influencer engine runs smoothly and creatively. Growth: Over 4M customers globally. Fast-growing DTC brand in an $800B+ consumer electronics market with major expansion across the UK and Europe. Location: London. In-office environment with high mentorship and exposure. Compensation: Competitive base salary with performance-driven growth opportunities. Team: Reports to our Influencer Marketing Manager. You’d Be a Fit If You: Have 1–2 years of experience in marketing, ideally with at least 1 focused on influencer marketing Know the influencer ecosystem across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, IG, etc.) Have negotiated influencer rates and managed direct communication with creators Bring a creative mindset but thrive in process and structure Have strong Excel and analytical skills—you’re confident pulling KPIs and spotting trends Work well across teams and communicate clearly and proactively Are highly organized, deadline-oriented, and adaptable under pressure Love social media, consumer trends, and building things from the ground up Are hungry to grow and ready to GSD Key Responsibilities: Influencer Management: Help source, onboard, and nurture influencer partners across all social platforms Campaign Execution: Coordinate day-to-day operations including product shipments, tracking performance, and following up with influencers Performance Optimization: Track and report campaign KPIs weekly; support daily and monthly optimizations Trendspotting: Monitor the social landscape for emerging talent and new partnership opportunities Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, Ops, and Ecom teams to ensure timely delivery of content and product Process Building: Streamline backend systems to make the influencer engine more scalable and efficient What Success Looks Like: Campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and exceed performance benchmarks New creators are sourced and onboarded proactively Influencer operations become more efficient and streamlined Raycon’s brand visibility expands in key social and demographic markets Why Work at Raycon: Ownership: You’ll help shape and scale a top acquisition channel Impact: Your work will be seen by millions across the world Team: High-achieving, grounded people who move fast and support one another Company Values: Customer First Think Big Raise the Bar Every Day GSD: Get Sh*t Done Perks and Benefits: 50% team discount on Raycon products $1,500 annual L&D stipend + $200 for cultural events Monthly team lunch + snack budget Team events, March Madness bracket, and more What to Expect in the Process: Initial Call: Intro chat with our talent team Case Study: A brief challenge to understand your creative and operational approach Leadership Chat: Connect with a cross-functional leader Final On-site Round: Collaborate with the team and wrap
