Role Mission
As Influencer Marketing Director, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of influencer marketing for a key global client, ensuring operational excellence and measurable business impact. You will oversee the Influencer Marketing team, integrate influencer and social strategies, and drive continuous innovation to strengthen client partnerships and support account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Lead and mentor the Influencer Marketing team, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, resources are allocated effectively, and operational excellence is maintained across all projects.
Influencer Marketing Strategy
- Own the strategic direction of influencer marketing for a major global outdoor brand, ensuring campaigns are insight-driven, culturally relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
Social & Influencer Integration
- Work closely with Social Media teams to ensure influencer marketing complements broader social strategies, identifying opportunities to strengthen both services and maximize client impact.
Client Partnership
- Act as the senior strategic advisor for the client, continuously improving influencer marketing performance, challenging existing approaches, and building long-term trusted relationships.

Business Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand the influencer marketing scope, support account growth, and contribute to the evolution of the client's social and influencer ecosystem.
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, with a strong strategic and hands-on understanding of campaign development, execution, and optimisation.
- Proven experience leading Influencer Marketing teams, mentoring talent, overseeing campaign delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in international environments.
- Strong understanding of Influencer Marketing and Social Media, with the ability to develop integrated strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Experience managing global or regional clients within a digital marketing, social media, or influencer agency environment, building trusted client relationships and identifying account growth opportunities.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective influencer marketing strategies.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms and measurement tools (e.g. IQ Data or similar) is a plus. An interest in outdoor, lifestyle, or culturally driven brands is highly valued.
