Influencer Marketing Manager

Farnham, Surrey. Salary up to £60,000 plus benefits.

The Role

  • Own influencer partnerships end to end, focusing on performance and revenue generation rather than brand awareness alone
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant creators across key platforms
  • Forecast expected customer acquisition and revenue from partnerships
  • Negotiate commercial terms directly with creators and agencies
  • Manage and optimise a dedicated monthly budget based on performance targets
  • Deliver campaigns from outreach through to reporting and analysis
  • Work closely with paid media and affiliate teams to maximise channel overlap
  • Analyse campaign performance using CPA, CAC and LTV metrics
  • Use data insights to refine creator selection and investment strategy
  • Support expansion into new platforms and formats including emerging channels

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in influencer marketing as a measurable acquisition channel
  • Background in a performance-led consumer or direct-to-consumer environment
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver against revenue or acquisition targets
  • Confidence negotiating rates and commercial partnerships with creators
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel to track and optimise performance
  • Hands-on approach to outreach, campaign management and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience working cross-functionally with paid media, affiliate or agency partners
