Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and creatively driven Influencer Manager to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for identifying, managing and growing relationships with creators and influencers across key social platforms to deliver impactful brand campaigns and long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, culturally aware, commercially minded, and passionate about the creator economy and social-first marketing.

What are the key responsibilities for the role?

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
  • Identify and source relevant creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agents and talent managers
  • Lead campaign management from briefing through to reporting and post-campaign analysis
  • Negotiate influencer rates, contracts and deliverables within budget
  • Collaborate closely with social, brand and content teams to ensure campaigns are integrated across channels
  • Monitor influencer trends, platform updates and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
  • Manage gifting, paid partnerships, affiliate activity and ambassador programmes where relevant
  • Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements

Required skills for our team:

  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social media marketing
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator culture and digital trends
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns from strategy to execution
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation and organisational abilities
  • Comfortable analysing campaign performance metrics and reporting on ROI
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools is a plus

What do we offer our team?

  • 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, Christmas shutdown, the day for your birthday
