Influencer Marketing Manager
Influencer Marketing Manager
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to support and grow our influencer strategy across our European territories. This role sits within our high performing Influencer Marketing team, the growth engine behind our brands, and works closely across influencer marketing and partnerships.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and implement high impact influencer marketing strategies across multiple territories, driving brand awareness, engagement and sales
- Lead end to end influencer campaigns, ensuring all activities align with business objectives and deliver measurable results
- Define KPIs and monitor campaign performance, using data insights to optimise strategy and maximise ROI
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, content creators, and agencies to ensure collaboration and brand alignment
- Mentor and coach team members to develop skills, foster growth and drive high performance results
- Manage influencer budgets, negotiate contracts and ensure cost effective, impactful campaign execution
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to refine strategies and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate cross functionally to plan and execute influencer events, product launches, and campaigns that achieve specific business targets
Skills, knowledge & expertise:
- Good knowledge of the EU market and culture to shape relevant and engaging campaigns
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, managing and scaling successful campaigns within beauty, wellness, or tech
- Strong track record in overseeing campaign budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness and maximum impact
- Skilled in developing and executing influencer strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and sales
- Experience managing or mentoring team members, fostering a high performance culture and achieving targets
- Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics
- Creative and innovative thinker, able to develop campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver results
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to craft compelling pitches and build strong influencer relationships
- Highly organised with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast paced environment
