Influencer Marketing Manager

Surrey, England - 3 days a week in office
Salary up to £60,000

The Role

You will take a hands on, performance focused approach to influencer marketing, managing campaigns end to end.

  • Identify, outreach to and build relationships with relevant creators across key platforms
  • Forecast customer acquisition and revenue impact from creator partnerships
  • Negotiate commercial terms and rates with influencers and agents
  • Own and manage a monthly budget with clear return on investment targets
  • Deliver campaigns from brief through to reporting and optimisation
  • Analyse performance using metrics such as CPA, CAC and LTV
  • Refine creator selection and investment decisions based on data
  • Collaborate with paid media and external partners to maximise performance
  • Support the integration of influencer and affiliate strategies across channels

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience managing influencer marketing as an acquisition channel
  • Background in a performance led direct to consumer environment is preferred
  • Proven ability to own budgets and deliver measurable growth outcomes
  • Confidence negotiating directly with creators and managing partnership economics
  • Comfortable analysing campaign performance using Excel and core marketing metrics
  • Highly organised with strong campaign management and reporting skills
  • Experience building relationships with creators, agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Hands on approach with a focus on delivery rather than reliance on agencies
