Influencer Marketing Manager

As Influencer Marketing Manager, you will own the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of Symprove's influencer marketing programme, driving profitable customer acquisition through creator partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Influencer & Affiliate, you will plan, execute and optimise influencer partnerships across social platforms, ensuring activity delivers against ambitious new-customer and commercial targets.

You will own relationships with creators and agencies, identify scalable growth opportunities, and use data to continuously improve campaign performance. Working closely with Paid Social, Brand and Data, you will ensure influencer activity supports wider business objectives while balancing brand storytelling with measurable commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Symprove's influencer marketing programme across Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms, driving profitable new customer acquisition.
  • Deliver against ambitious monthly KPIs including new customers, CPA, revenue and ROI, managing influencer budgets to maximise commercial performance.
  • Identify, recruit and onboard high-performing creators, building a diverse and scalable creator portfolio aligned to business objectives.
  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with creators, talent managers and agencies, negotiating commercial partnerships, usage rights and deliverables.
  • Plan, execute and optimise influencer campaigns using performance data, testing new creators, creative approaches and content formats to continuously improve results.
  • Collaborate with Paid Social to maximise the performance of creator content through paid amplification, usage rights and creative optimisation.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights, forecasts and recommendations to improve efficiency and scale the channel.

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

Qualifications

  • University level of education in relevant discipline or 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Significant and Proven Experience

  • Managing influencer or creator marketing programmes end-to-end, from creator identification through to campaign delivery and reporting.
  • Delivering against commercial performance targets - new customers, CPA, revenue and ROI - rather than reach or engagement metrics alone.
  • Identifying, recruiting and onboarding creators, and building a diverse creator portfolio at scale.
  • Negotiating and managing commercial partnerships with creators, talent managers and agencies, including fees, usage rights and deliverables.
  • Planning, executing and optimising campaigns using performance data, including structured testing of creators, formats and creative.
  • Managing and allocating influencer budgets to maximise return.
  • Working alongside Paid Social to amplify creator content through paid media and usage rights.
  • Analysing and reporting on campaign performance, translating data into actionable insight, forecasts and recommendations.

Desirable

  • Experience within subscription, health, wellness or FMCG brands.
  • Experience using creator platforms and influencer CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of paid social amplification and creator licensing.
  • Experience forecasting channel performance and managing acquisition budgets.
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.

Working Pattern & Requirements

Working Pattern

  • This post is a permanent position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm.
  • Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.

Job Requirements

  • Full UK driver’s license.
