About Us
Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for talented individuals committed to helping us achieve our goals. Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard local influencers and agency resources, conduct business negotiations with the above, and secure partnerships.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with influencers, manage core influencer resources, and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Develop content strategies and creative concepts by leveraging analytics and social media trends aligned with market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the User Growth Department to produce high-performing content and strategies, and work with influencers to execute campaigns according to project goals and stages.

Requirements
- Relevant work experience and existing influencer resources are highly preferred.
- Strong interest in global social media platforms; prior experience engaging with influencers is a plus.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English. Candidates with international education, work, or living experience, and familiarity with cross-cultural environments are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in journalism, media, or marketing.
- Excellent communication and execution skills, a proactive and positive attitude, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.
