Influencer Marketing Manager

We're looking for a social-native, trend-driven Influencer Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram to lead influencer strategies that fuel awareness, engagement, and conversion. You’ll be responsible for shaping our brand’s presence through creators, managing end-to-end influencer campaigns that drive real business impact.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about the beauty space, fluent in creator culture, and experienced in building influencer programs that connect with Gen Z and millennial audiences. Prior experience at a D2C beauty eCommerce brand is essential.

Tasks

  • Develop and lead full-funnel influencer marketing strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube—that align with brand priorities, product launches, and social trends.
  • Stay deeply in tune with TikTok and Instagram culture, spotting viral trends and content opportunities to translate into creative and impactful influencer moments.
  • Identify and nurture strong relationships with creators and talent managers across beauty, skincare, and lifestyle categories, building a high-impact influencer roster.
  • Own end-to-end management of influencer activations from briefing, coordination, and approvals to content delivery and post-campaign reporting.
  • Lead influencer gifting and organic seeding programs, ensuring consistent buzz and earned media visibility across social platforms.
  • Work closely with social, content, CRM, and paid media teams to amplify influencer content across all touchpoints and ensure alignment across marketing efforts.
  • Ensure influencer output is visually cohesive, culturally relevant, and on-brand while also delivering measurable value.
  • Manage influencer and media databases, content calendars, and real-time media monitoring to track and report coverage and mentions.
  • Monitor campaign results, track KPIs, and extract actionable insights to optimize future activity and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation, performance-based decision-making, and high ROI.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
