Influencer Marketing Manager

The Influencer Marketing Manager will join the 1000heads Relationships team on a 6-month fixed term contract, supporting the delivery of social-first influencer, creator and advocacy campaigns for our clients.

You will play a key role in identifying, approaching, briefing and managing relationships with influencers, creators and influential voices. You will work closely with Client Services, Strategy, Insight, Creative, Design, Production and Project Management to help deliver high-quality, culturally relevant work that meets client objectives and maintains the standards expected of 1000heads.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the influencer and creator landscape, is confident managing multiple relationships at pace, and can balance creative ambition with operational detail, budgets, approvals and compliance.

Requirements

Creator, influencer and relationship management

  • Build and maintain strong, genuine relationships with influencers, creators and influential voices across a range of communities, platforms and client sectors.
  • Research, identify and verify relevant creators for campaign briefs, ensuring recommendations are strategically aligned, brand-safe and culturally credible.
  • Support profiling briefs and creator shortlists, ensuring the team has a clear understanding of the target audience, creator rationale and campaign opportunity.
  • Manage creator outreach, communication, negotiations, briefing, follow-ups and ongoing relationship maintenance in a timely and professional way.
  • Help ensure creator engagement is transparent, ethical and compliant with relevant campaign requirements, disclosure expectations and client standards.

Campaign delivery

  • Support the planning and delivery of influencer, creator and social-first campaigns from brief through to execution and wrap-up.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop smart, creative and effective solutions for client campaigns.
  • Coordinate creator deliverables, content requirements, timelines, usage needs, approvals and live dates.
  • Support event and activation planning where creator or influencer attendance is required, helping ensure smooth delivery on the day.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, adapting quickly when priorities, timelines or client needs change.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
