The Company
Multiply is the #1 creative performance agency for Fintech and AI companies.
We advertise for some of the fastest growing companies in the world, from the likes of Monzo, Gamma, Ramp, Kalshi, Visa, and more. Our focus is innovation and keeping companies at the forefront of what is possible online.
Alongside the agency, we run Brilliant Ads, the largest advertising page on LinkedIn, and The Ad Professor, the largest advertising page on X.
We make ads that don't look like ads.
We tried regular jobs and hated them. We care about output, that's it. Everyone says they've never experienced a job like it. We're trying to live in 2034, not 1994.
If you want to become one of the best in the world, apply. If you want an average job, do not apply.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Influencer Marketing Manager (Contractor) to cover our Influencer Team Lead’s maternity leave and run our influencer function day-to-day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
