Influencer Marketing Manager
Location: Surrey (Hybrid) | Salary: Up to £60,000

Influencer marketing has become one of their most successful acquisition channels, creating significant investment and growth opportunities within the team. As the business expands, they are building out a high-performing influencer function to support the next stage of growth.
The Role
As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will:
- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies
- Manage influencer campaigns from initial outreach through to reporting and optimisation
- Forecast expected customer acquisition and revenue performance from creator partnerships
- Negotiate commercial terms, rates, and partnership structures to maximise return on investment
- Own and manage campaign budgets with accountability for results
- Analyse campaign performance using metrics such as CPA, CAC, LTV, and revenue contribution
- Use data and insights to refine creator selection and investment decisions
- Collaborate closely with internal growth, paid media, and affiliate marketing teams
- Support the continued expansion of influencer activity across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator channels

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience managing influencer marketing as a measurable acquisition channel
- Background within a direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, subscription, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, fashion, or consumer brand environment
- Proven experience owning influencer campaigns end-to-end
- Ability to forecast performance and evaluate creator partnerships against commercial objectives
- Confidence managing budgets and making investment decisions based on expected returns
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and performance metrics including CPA, CAC, LTV, and revenue reporting
