Influencer Marketing Manager

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, consumer-led retail brand that's become a market leader within its category. They're looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to take ownership of their creator strategy and help scale one of the UK's most engaged consumer communities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing marketing team where influencer marketing is central to the brand's continued success.
The Role
As Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of the brand's influencer and creator strategy, building long-term relationships with creators, ambassadors, and brand partners that deliver measurable commercial results.
Working across brand, social, paid media, and PR, you'll be responsible for growing influencer engagement, expanding affiliate and gifting programs, and delivering high-performing creator content that strengthens both brand awareness and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with influencers, creators, ambassadors, and talent agencies.
- Lead influencer campaigns from outreach and briefing through to execution and performance reporting.
- Own and grow the influencer gifting and seeding program across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Manage affiliate creator partnerships, helping to grow an engaged network of brand advocates.
- Source and brief UGC creators to support paid social campaigns.
- Work closely with social media, PR, community, and paid marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned.
- Track campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise future activity using data and insights.
About You
You'll be an experienced influencer marketing professional who understands how to build authentic creator relationships while delivering measurable business results.

You'll ideally have:
- At least 3 years' experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or PR.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and the wider creator economy.
- Experience managing influencer gifting, seeding, and affiliate programs.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- A commercial mindset with experience reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
- A passion for consumer brands, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate platforms would be advantageous.
