The Role
Reporting to our Senior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in the execution and development of Club L London’s global outreach strategy, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and alignment with the brand’s vision. Your role will be essential in expanding and strengthening the brand’s global presence.
You will assist in implementing outreach initiatives to enhance brand awareness, build trust, create engaging content, and drive revenue. Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and up-and-coming creators, you will identify new opportunities for brand partnerships.
We’re seeking a passionate, forward-thinking team player and strong communicator. With a solid understanding of brands and creators, you’ll bring fresh ideas and innovative initiatives to drive sales, expand reach, and elevate brand awareness through creator partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Outreach for influencer marketing & UGC activity
- Full end-to-end 360 campaigns & UGC collaborations
- Influencer discovery & outreach, negotiations, contracting, briefing and campaign execution
- Identify and source new creators that align with the Club L brand across priority global territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers and agencies, acting as a key day-to-day contact.
- Manage influencer databases, campaign trackers and reporting documents.
- Work closely with Brand, Social, Creative and E-commerce teams to maximise campaign impact.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Curation of content themes and briefs, creatively around a campaign goal or objective.
- Budget management, commercial awareness and an understanding of campaign performance metrics.
- Proactive, organised and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication and outreach skills.

Desirable
- Keeping up to date with emerging creators, social trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Experience using influencer marketing platforms e.g. Upfluence/AirTable (not essential).
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok and YouTube) best practices.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
- Existing relationships with creators or agencies.
- Passion for influencer marketing, social media and fashion.
