Job Overview
The Twitch Brand Partnership Studio is an award-winning branded content studio. We're seeking an Influencer Relations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of Twitch and the creator ecosystem to identify, negotiate, and activate top-tier influencer talent for high-impact branded content campaigns. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver exceptional results for our advertising clients while building strong relationships with creators across European markets.
This role is ideal for an experienced influencer relations professional who excels at building relationships, making data-informed decisions, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work with innovative brands and top creators while contributing your expertise to shape impactful branded content programs.
Key Job Responsibilities
Influencer Talent Management
- Identify and recommend the best creator talent for marquee branded content campaigns, using data-driven insights to support your recommendations
- Lead contract negotiations with influencers and talent agencies, ensuring agreements align with client objectives, creator expectations, and business requirements
- Continuously scout emerging and established creators across the platform to expand our talent roster and identify new opportunities for client programs
Program Execution & Optimization
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Creative Strategists to develop custom branded content concepts that resonate with both creators and their communities
- Contract, brief, and supervise content creators for the campaigns to be delivered
- Fine-tune influencer programs to ensure they are engaging, authentic, and deliver measurable results for advertising clients
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between the Twitch Ad Sales team, content creators, and talent agencies, managing relationships and facilitating smooth collaboration
- Present influencer recommendations and campaign results to clients, articulating the strategic rationale behind talent selections
- Provide consultation on influencer marketing best practices, platform trends, and creator dynamics
Subject Matter Expertise
- Serve as the go-to expert for all influencer-related questions and initiatives within the team
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of an influencer database, tracking talent performance, availability, and client fit
- Stay current on platform trends, creator landscape shifts, and emerging talent across European markets

Basic Qualifications
- Experience managing talent relationships and creator partnerships within the content creation industry, demonstrating successful negotiation of contracts and campaign execution
- Proven background in marketing, advertising, gaming, or related industries
- Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with creators and talent agencies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform talent selection and program decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and client-facing interactions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Deep understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing, and digital content trends

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Experience working with database systems or talent management platforms
- Knowledge of European creator markets
- Proficient in English (CEFR C1) for communicating with creators, clients, and stakeholders across European markets. Additional EU languages will be considered an advantage.
