Description
The Influencer Relations & PR Manager will:
- Develop and execute integrated influencer and PR strategies across a portfolio of luxury beauty brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, creators, and industry partners.
- Identify and secure impactful influencer collaborations and media opportunities.
- Lead the planning and execution of brand launches, events, and PR activations.
- Manage press office activity, including media enquiries and proactive outreach.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and competitor activity.
- Work closely with internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment.
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and developments within the creator economy.

Profile
The successful The Influencer Relations & PR Manager will have:
- Track record in PR, influencer marketing, talent relations, or a similar communications role.
- Strong network within beauty, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle media and influencer communities.
- Proven track record of delivering successful PR and influencer campaigns.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of influencer metrics, social media platforms, and media evaluation tools.
- Highly organised with excellent project management capabilities.
- Creative, commercially minded, and proactive in approach.
