Influencer Talent Manager

Location: Remote / London

TapLab is one of the UK's leading educational talent agencies, representing some of the most exciting creators in education, business, finance, and careers. We help creators build sustainable businesses, secure industry-leading brand partnerships, and grow long-term personal brands.

We're looking for an ambitious Influencer Talent Manager who is passionate about the creator economy and wants to help shape the next generation of educational creators.

About the Role

As an Influencer Talent Manager, you'll manage a roster of creators while helping identify and develop emerging talent. You'll be responsible for supporting creators with commercial partnerships, career strategy, brand positioning, and long-term growth.

This is a fast-paced role that combines relationship management, sales, negotiation, and strategy. You'll work closely with the Founder to build the next generation of educational creators while helping our existing roster maximize their potential.

What Your Day Might Look Like

  • Manage and support a roster of creators across commercial partnerships and long-term career development.
  • Source and identify high-potential educational creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Build strong relationships with creators, becoming their trusted advisor for all aspects of their career.
  • Develop creators' personal brands through strategic guidance and content opportunities.
  • Pitch creators to brands and agencies for paid partnerships.
  • Negotiate campaign deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate campaigns from initial brief through to final delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, media agencies, and marketing teams.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities for creators, including speaking engagements, product launches, affiliate partnerships, and digital products.
  • Stay up to date with creator trends, platform updates, and emerging talent.
  • Work closely with the wider TapLab team to deliver exceptional service for both creators and brand partners.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, talent management, partnerships, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence negotiating deals.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Passion for the creator economy and social media.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
  • A genuine interest in education, business, and finance creators is a bonus.
