The Opportunity
We’re looking for driven, ambitious, and confident individuals to join our Talent Management team. As a Talent Manager, you’ll work directly with influencers and brands, helping creators secure partnerships while building long-term relationships and growing your own portfolio.

This is a fully remote, commission-only role, meaning your earnings are directly tied to your performance — with top performers earning between £2,000–£14,000+ per month.
What You’ll Be Doing
- 🔎 Discover New Talent
- Find and recruit emerging influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms in the UK & US markets.
- 📞 Sales & Recruitment
- Conduct outreach and onboarding calls with creators interested in joining Stride Social.
- 🤝 Talent Management
- Build strong relationships with influencers and support them throughout campaigns and partnerships.
- 📈 Campaign Coordination
- Manage collaborations between creators and brands to ensure campaigns run smoothly and successfully.
- 💼 Brand Outreach
- Connect directly with brands you believe align with your talent roster and help secure paid campaigns.
- 👥 Team Collaboration
- Work closely with our team through weekly strategy meetings every Monday & Friday.

Important Information
This is a commission-only opportunity, meaning there is no fixed salary. Earnings are performance-based and depend on the deals and partnerships you help generate.
