Company Description
ARC Gateway have been implementing Baan and subsequently LN and most recently Infor Cloudsuite (LN) in the UK since 1998. We have been Infor partners for most of that time. We entirely specialise in Infor LN and associated products (eg Factory Track, PLM Discrete etc).
We have numerous projects across the UK with a few in Europe and US and looking for more good people to extend our already excellent team.
Role would be home-based, with regular customer site visits and occasionally to the office in either Chelmsford or Stansted.

We are flexible whether it be full-time, part-time or contractor basis.
Qualifications
- Infor accreditation would be a bonus, but not mandatory. Track record is more important and as Infor partners we are more than happy for those to be obtained once you join us
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and design, with the ability to map requirements to ERP solutions.
- Demonstrated analytical skills for troubleshooting, performance tuning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience with ERP LN implementations
- Experience working in complex, international or research-focused organisations is an advantage.
- Experience in Automotive or Aerospace would be a bonus
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, communication, and documentation across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work on-site in the UK and Europe
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP architectures, data security, and compliance best practices.
